Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for using MedAITools. By creating an account or using a workflow, you agree to them. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
Who may use MedAITools
MedAITools is offered by MedAITools for qualified healthcare professionals using it within their professional scope of practice. It is not for patients, consumer self-diagnosis, or emergencies.
You must provide accurate account and professional information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Clinical use and your responsibilities
MedAITools provides decision-support drafts. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage emergencies, establish a clinician-patient relationship, or replace your professional judgement.
You are responsible for checking the patient record, medicine information, current evidence, local protocols, calculations, contraindications, and the suitability of every output before patient care. Do not rely on it alone for urgent or time-critical decisions.
Information you provide
Only submit information that you are authorised to use and share. Remove patient names, contact details, record numbers, addresses, photographs and other direct identifiers before using any workflow.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of submitted information. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass safeguards, access another person's account, scrape the service, or use it in a way that could harm the service or others.
AI outputs, sources and availability
Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for a particular patient. News, research and regulatory material may change after publication. Always open and check the original source where relevant.
We may update, suspend or discontinue a workflow, source, feature or service to protect users, maintain security, comply with law, or improve the platform. Availability is not guaranteed.
Your content and feedback
You keep the rights you hold in submitted content. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content to provide, secure and support the service.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve MedAITools without an obligation to compensate you. Please keep feedback de-identified.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe there is a security risk, misuse, inaccurate professional information, breach of these Terms, or a legal requirement. You may stop using MedAITools at any time and request account closure through the contact channel.
Liability and legal information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedAITools is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are intended to be read with the Privacy Notice and Clinical Disclaimer. Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact channel on the Contact page.
